Apparently, being as I have been a member of this site for 4+ years, Mr Deviantart has decided I now "NEED" Premium Membership. This is no doubt because:

a)I havent had a subscription since it became so expensive, the exchange rate made it unprofitable, and I lost my job, I objected to a lot of the design changes here and didnt think a Sub would be value for money given that it was all still Bugged to Buggery (my message centre still doesnt work properly and theyve stopped replying to my complaints).

b)Mr Deviantart has realised its a Recession.

I've coped perfectly well on here without a Sub for ages. I dont NEED a subscription! Art is about free expression!

And the worst part- whoever in coding/management decided to phrase it so its GUILT TRIPPING MY WATCHERS. Ben Needs a Premiership Subscription Because He's Been On Here For Years And Isnt Giving Us Money. Its said in the same was as This Puppy Needs A New Home Or It Will Die On The Streets Tonight, Awwww.

I object to being made a charity without my consent. And I REALLY object to DA acting like a Pimp and selling me to other artists, so I'm in their pockets. I wouldnt mind if a friend bought me a subscription as a present, or if I won one as a gift. The point is I dont BEG or EXPECT someone to buy me a Sub!

Capitolism. Bah.
