Im not mocking Thomas the Tank Engine with these pics, because apart from the fact the large company that owns the rights will sue me into jail, the tv shows and books were a large part of my 80's childhood, and I feel all nostalgaic for it all, hence all these toys Im using in the pics... (also a handy excuse to play with old toys again )

Rather, what I wanted to do was critiscise the modern railway network in the UK, with its privatised companies, money-grabbing share holders, accidents caused by low maintinence, and company infighting which results in cancelled trains and high ticket costs, as seen through the 'idealised' world of Thomas and co.

Anyway, with this pic I wanted to express my general annoyance of Virgin Trains and theyre self-assumed superiority over every other company. Thanks to Richard Bransons shiny new penis-replacement trains, my local busy commuter station only gets a half hourly service if you're lucky, because so many Virgin Trains speed right through it and no-one else can stop there or get in the way...
